Shrimp with paprika
Region: Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Ingredients
600 g fresh (or frozen) shrimp tails,
½ glass of dry white wine,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
1 teaspoon spicy paprika,
salt.
Introduction
Shrimps belong to the family of crustaceans such as lobster, scampi and granseola. They have a value contained in proteins and their caloric intake is much smaller than the other products of the sea. They are therefore suitable for dietary foods, especially if served with a few seasonings, as in this recipe.
