Fried chicken breasts

Ingredients
8 breasts of chicken,
1 glass of white wine,
3 shallots,
2 chopped garlic cloves,
100 g of type 00 flour,
1 glass of oil for frying,
1 lemon,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
For frying, the best oil is that of peanut seeds that can stand without altering temperatures up to 190°. When the oil becomes too dark it means that it has reached the point of alteration. The same meaning has the dense and dark foam with a pungent smell, created by the butter subjected to too high heat.
