Ingredients
400 g minced beef,
1 clove of garlic,
1 onion,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
50 g grated Parmesan cheese,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
50 g of breadcrumbs,
500 g tomato pulp in a jar,
3 whole eggs,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
The meatball is one of the oldest foods: already Apicius named it differentiating it according to the meat. It is a dish of the poor cuisine that recycles leftovers of boiled, roasted and vegetables. The Triestine meatball is large, flat and rich in garlic. The meatball with sauce can be fried previously, boiled or cooked directly in the tomato.
