Courgettes in stew

Ingredients
500 g of courgettes,
1 onion,
1 coast of celery,
1 carrot,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
3 tablespoons olive oil,
100 g tomato pulp in a jar,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
A refreshing, light, digestible vegetable, zucchini, belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family, is harvested when it has not yet reached the stage of ripeness. It is therefore to be chosen of medium-small size, because when it is too ripe it fills with seeds, the pulp becomes fibrous and the taste tastes like bitterness.
