Mushrooms cooked in olive oil, parsley, and garlic

Ingredients
300 g mixed mushrooms (porcini, cockerels, green),
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
3 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
The mushrooms are very delicate to handle and therefore it is necessary to pay particular attention to the cleaning phase: remove the soil with the knife, pass them under the water for a moment, dry them immediately by blotting them with kitchen paper. Mushrooms, mainly used in pasta and risotto sauces, can be a tasty complete side dish.
