Peppermint peas

Ingredients
350 g frozen peas,
60 g of butter,
some leaves of mint,
salt,
pepper
Introduction
The pea must be consumed fresh: the seed must be able to break clean with a snap and the pod must be green, turgid and firm. If you are not sure of freshness, it is best to opt for frozen peas. The mint leaves, aromatic and tonic, pleasantly flavor the dish and facilitate digestion.
