Roast potaoes

Difficulty: Easy Doses: for 4 people
Ingredients

600 g of new potatoes,

2 cloves of garlic,

50 g of butter,

½ litre of milk,

2 tablespoons chopped parsley,

salt,

pepper,

nutmeg.

Introduction

Baked potatoes are one of the most popular side dishes. For a shorter cooking time you can dip them in boiling water for 2 minutes and then pass under cold water, before baking. Another suggestion is to leave them for a few minutes in a bowl with cold water (the water will become opaque and the potatoes will lose part of the starch).
