Rolls with savoy cabbages

Ingredients
2 leaves of savoy cabbage,
200 g minced beef,
200 g of minced pork,
1 fresh white onion,
30 g of butter,
1 pinch of spicy paprika,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
This dish is perhaps best known with one of the other names that define it, Dalmatian rambasici or caporai. Someone disputes the origin of the recipe, attributing it to the Hungarian area, someone else will find some vague similarities with Greek dolmades made with vine leaves: another proof of the Central European culinary melting pot.
