A tasting organized by De gusto with the collaboration of the "Invito a pranzo" Association, the "Sapori nelle valli" Association and the Consorzio tutela vini Friuli Colli Orientali e Ramandolo. On the occasion of the "Cividale under the stars" event, 4 tastings of dishes will be offered by the caterers of the Ass. Invito a pranzo, who will use typical products from the Natisone Valleys, chosen by the Ass. Sapori nelle valli. The 4 tastings will be accompanied by a glass of wine, proposed by the Colli Orentali Consortium of Friuli Venezia Giulia, or a glass of water or a glass of juice. The event will be enlivened by the music of "LUCA SAX" and DJ "Julio Montano". Followed by Cricca concert
Restaurant, proposed dish and paired wine from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.:

- Cream of chestnut and porcini mushrooms from the valleys with bread pearls - paired with a FRIULANO white wine;
- Farmhouse Pestrofa
- Orzotto with salmon trout, apple and crispy smoked speck - paired with a RIBOLLA GIALLA white wine;
- Trattoria Alla Cascina
- Pork souce vide accompanied by stakanje - paired with a REFOSCO DAL PEDUNCOLO ROSSO red wine;
- Farmhouse La casa delle rondini
- Kuhani (boiled) Struki - paired with a sweet white wine PICOLIT or RAMANDOLO.

- Antico Molino Pussini - Flours and processed products;
- Farm Valnatisone - Seuka Apples;
- Pastry Gubana Giuditta Teresa - Typical sweets from the Natisone Valleys;
- Farm Le capre felici - Goat cheeses;
- Farm Zuzzo Luciano - Honey from the Valleys;
- Farm Berdussin - Cold cuts and sausages
"De gusto - Lo Show dei Sapori" will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8 inside the De gusto village in Piazza Duomo in Cividale del Friuli and will end at 8.00 p.m.
200 Tasting Tours are available, subject to online booking and payment on this platform.
Showing the ticket purchased at the cash desk of the De gusto booth, a coupon for the tasting will be given.
A deposit of Euro 5.00 for the glass will be provided.
