The treasure of every land is the history of its products
The creator of Il Dolce Carso Tanja Tuta will guide the tasting and describe the potential of raw materials at Km0 to create innovative recipes. He will then prepare a traditional dessert revisited in a modern way that will be served to those present.
Through a tasting experience, those present will discover the scents of the heath (Karst region) and will taste some local products of this land. Among these, a honey repeatedly awarded for its goodness, an extra virgin olive oil with local aromatic herbs, the bread of a historic bakery, the herbs of the moor become spices to use in the kitchen etc. At the end, participants will receive a small gastronomic souvenir as a gift to remember the scents and flavors of the land.
