After a very long tour throughout Italy last summer, two special SOLD OUT dates at the Arena in Verona and the Forum in Milan, and dates in the main Italian theatres, RENGA and NEK are together again on stage, in a series of live performances that will take them all over Italy.

And from September they will be live in theatres with 4 dates in MILAN (Teatro Arcimboldi), 3 in BOLOGNA (Europauditorium) and 2 in ROME (Auditorium Parco della Musica - Sala Santa Cecilia)!

Among the dates of the RENGANEK summer 2024 tour is Cividale del Friuli, which on 7 September will ignite the enthusiasm of fans in Piazza Duomo on the occasion of Cividale sotto le stelle.

Now on the radio and available on digital, "DOLCEVITA" (Epic / Sony Music), the new single by RENGA and NEK, which kicks off their 2024 summer tour and whose video is available at https://youtu.be/vQqOfw8Asm0?si=t7AfUXJKpLPilScu.

Right from the title, and thanks to the numerous references in the lyrics, one is immediately projected into a world of convertible cars and wind in your hair, of summer nights and open-air cinema. A precise imagery, a real photograph, which fits perfectly with the uptempo sound of the track.

"DOLCEVITA" (lyrics by F. Camba, D. Coro, D. Mancino) enriches the digital version of their album "RENGANEK", already containing twelve tracks, including the Sanremo single "PAZZO DI TE".

One of the greatest voices on the Italian music scene, Francesco Renga has celebrated 40 years of an extraordinary career with 8 unreleased albums, 1 album with orchestra, 2 live albums (one of which together with Max Pezzali and Nek), more than 1 million copies sold, 9 platinum and 9 gold certifications to his credit. He has collected highly successful singles, from "Raccontami" to "La tua bellezza", from "Angelo" (winner of the 2005 Sanremo Festival) to "Meravigliosa (la Luna)", from "Il mio giorno più bello del mondo" to "Guardami amore" and many others. Over the course of his career, Francesco has performed more than 1900 concerts in stadiums, theatres and breathtaking locations such as the Arena in Verona and the Teatro Antico in Taormina. He has made 9 appearances at the Sanremo Festival as a contestant, 1 victory in 2005 with the song 'Angelo' and 2 critics' awards, with the songs 'L'uomo che ride' and 'Raccontami'.

Singer and multi-instrumentalist, with more than 10 million records sold worldwide and 18 studio albums behind him, Nek is one of the most fascinating and beloved male voices on the Italian music scene. After his debut in 1992 with the album 'Nek', there have been many hits in his 30-year career, from 'Laura non c'è' to 'Se io non avessi te', from 'Almeno stavolta' to 'Lascia che io sia', or even 'Fatti avanti amore' and 'Se una regola c'è', without forgetting the cover of 'Se telefonando', performed on the Sanremo Festival stage in 2015. In recent years, he has been busy hosting successful television programmes, most recently 'Dalla Strada Al Palco', which has won both public and critical acclaim, and is back with a third season in February 2024 in prime time on Rai Due. In 2022, the celebratory album '5030' was released, recounting his 30-year career and his 50th birthday.

CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI Rich in late-medieval works of art, Cividale del Friuli is one of the must-see destinations in Friuli Venezia Giulia.  It guards invaluable testimonies of its Lombard past and it represents the starting point of the UNESCO itinerary dedicated to the legacy that this mysterious population has passed on to Italy. Lombard atmospheres A visit to the city has to include the National Archaeological Museum, the Christian Museum and the Treasure of the Cathedral, the precious Lombard Temple and the mysterious Celtic Hypogeum, a site which was built in many different eras, even if its purpose still today remains unknown.  Perhaps it was a burial site during the Celtic period, and maybe it was used as a prison in Roman and Lombard times. Maybe one day we may be able to gain a better understanding of this place but, for now, we can only admire it in silence. But even without these treasures, Cividale is also definitely well worth a visit for other exhibits: the CIPS, dedicated to the puppets of Vittorio Podrecca from Cividale, Italy's greatest performer of puppetry, and the De Martiis Family Collection, an art gallery exhibiting a series of extraordinary artists of the 20th century. For both children and adults, we recommend a tour of the Acrobati del Sole Park, an ornithological centre dedicated to birds of prey, where you can enjoy a very original show and visit the living environments of these animal species.
