Introduction

Praga Cooked Ham is one of the P.A.T. products. (Traditional Agri-Food Products) of Friuli Venezia Giulia and is one of the most appreciated excellences in Trieste, tasting the classic "Cotto, kren and senape" which can be found in the typical Trieste taverns. Here we want to propose it in a simple and quick recipe, with a delicate taste that is well suited as an aperitif or as an entrée in a dinner with friends. The combination of Praga cooked ham and Goat stracchino makes this recipe tasty and different from the classic cooked ham mousse.
