Salami with vinegar

Ingredients
8 slices of salami (preferably not very matured),
½ Cipolla Rossa di Cavasso Nuovo,
4 tablespoons of vinegar.
Introduction
One of the characteristic dishes of Friulian cuisine, with an inimitable taste, obtained with one of the most appreciated gifts of the pig, a precious food resource of the past. The salami should preferably be chosen fresh, but above all genuine, possibly without the addition of artificial preservatives. Only this way it can express its deep fragrance.
