Veal and tuna pieces

Ingredients
200 g of veal walker,
150 g tuna fillet,
1 stalk of celery,
½ carrot,
½ red pepper and yellow ½ yellow,
3 medium courgettes,
a quarter of an onion,
1 clove of garlic,
1 untreated lemon,
½ nutmeg,
basil,
salt and pepper in grains.
For olive coffee (optional):
10 g pitted dry black olives,
5 g of dried tomatoes,
1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs.
Introduction
The dish is a kind of tartar with a taste to discover, born from the mix of veal, tuna and vegetables. All embellished with a tribute to the novelties proposed by today’s kitchen with a decorative and unusual olive coffee.
