Ingredients
500 g of milk,
15 g of fish glue,
5 yolks,
225 g of sugar,
500 g of cream,
200 g chocolate chips or chips,
3 discs of sponge cake,
1 internal lemon zest,
salt,
vanilla.
Introduction
