50 g of potato starch
125 g of natural yogurt
2 eggs
120 g of granulated sugar
80 ml of milk
70 ml of sunflower oil
1 vanilla bean
1 lemon zest
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
The recipe of Plumcake has English origins and dates back to 1700. Today it represents the traditional English cake for the holidays. The traditional Anglo-Saxon recipe today is called by the English "Friutcake", because it is stuffed with currants or raisins, with a compact consistency and made with the same amount of flour, butter and sugar and is different from that of our "Mini Plumcake yogut".
The "Mini Plumcake with yogurt" are instead a cake suitable for children, because very soft and tasty.
