Carso acacia honey

It is a liquid honey, which hardly crystallises and is straw-yellow in colour, with reflections tending to pale reddish due to the presence of floral nectars of contemporary essences; it has a very delicate smell - or, in some cases, a light one - which is not characterised, as its main characteristic is the absence of marked aromas and a very sweet taste.

Sometimes, organoleptic characteristics of canine cherry nectar (also called “marasca”) can be identified.
