'Bobici' soup

Ingredients
100 g cooked ham cuttings,
500 g fresh maize,
300 g frozen beans,
3 potatoes,
2 ripe tomatoes,
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
1 clove of garlic,
1 bunch of chopped parsley,
1 nut.
Introduction
Typical dish of peasant origin, very nutritious, typical of the area of Karst. It was the custom soup of the feast of the Assumption. The coils, that is the maize grains (formentòn) are usually used very fresh, from the young panicles (panoce de late). A recipe of poor cuisine that the table today appreciates for its simplicity.
