Pancakes in broth

Ingredients
2 eggs,
½ glass of milk,
30 g of butter,
100 g grated seasoned Montasio cheese,
3 tablespoons vegetable broth,
salt,
pepper.

Friulian cuisine makes extensive use of eggs that are the basis of many recipes. This first course is a classic easy, tasty and effective. The important thing is that the eggs are fresh. To control it just pour them into a bowl with salt water (25 g per 1 liter of water): the eggs must go to the bottom, if they float it is better to throw them.
