Description
Hard cheese, straw-coloured, compact and with light holes, with a pleasantly delicate flavour, it comes in pieces with a diameter of 25-30cm, about 8cm high.
The individual producing dairies generally impart a peculiar imprint to their product: Latteria cheese is identified by indicating the geographical area or the village in which the producing cheese factory is located.
