Introduction
The forests of our mountains are appreciated and well known beyond the regional borders for the presence of mushrooms. In summer and early autumn, passionate seekers are a constant presence on the paths of the different valleys of Carnia. Fresh or dried, mushrooms are a typical food and, among them, the king is the porcino.
