Tagliolini with mushrooms

Ingredients

500 g egg noodles,

60 g of dried porcini mushrooms,

1 clove of garlic,

2 tablespoons olive oil,

200 g of cooking cream,

1 tablespoon chopped parsley,

salt,

pepper.

Fresh or dried, mushrooms are a typical food and, among them, the king is the porcino.
