Baked cod

Ingredients
6 fillets of cod,
2 bottles of light beer,
40 g of breadcrumbs,
1 clove of garlic,
200 ml of fresh cooking cream,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
50 g of butter,
salt,
pepper.

The real cod lives exclusively in the North Atlantic and on our tables comes mostly frozen. In the Mediterranean there is a species of smaller size, commonly known as hake. In common the two fish have white boiled meats, rich in animal proteins, but with a low fat content.
