Baked Serra fish

Ingredients
500 gr. cleaned Serra fish,
2 medium-sized potatoes,
1 clove of Resia garlic
Fresh chives, rosemary, sage, etc.
Salt,
Freshly ground black pepper.
Introduction
The Serra Fish belongs to the blue fish family, little used in Italian cuisines, very popular in Greek and Turkish cuisine. It has been increasingly present in the seas of the Adriatic for a few years now, even here in the Gulf of Trieste. The quality of the meat is excellent and rich in omega 3.
