80 g anchovy fillets in oil,
8 black olives,
1 clove of garlic,
150 g breadcrumbs,
1 glass of white wine,
1 glass of extra virgin olive oil,
1 sprig of parsley,
80 g grated Parmesan cheese,
salt,
pepper.
