Sea bream with seafood
Region: Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Ingredients
4 fillets of bream,
1 kg between mussels and clams,
2 potatoes,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 bunch of parsley,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
salt,
white pepper.
Introduction
The bream, also called sea carp, has a grey brown colouration on the back, silvery on the sides, white on the belly. On the front, right between the eyes, it has a kind of golden crescent, edged of black (similar to a royal crown) that has earned it the name of sea bream. It has firm and delicate meats, with very few fishbones.
