Tuna tartare

Ingredients
200 g fresh bluefin tuna fillets,
½ onion,
3 cucumbers in vinegar,
2 tablespoons of capers with vinegar,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar,
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
There are five tuna species still present in the waters off the regional coasts: tuna (Thynnus thynnus), albacore tuna, tuna, skipjack (ton de Dalmazia), and tambourine. Typical characteristic of the Tunnids is the corsalett of big scales which, on the lateral line, extends up to the second dorsal fin.
