Cevapcici

Ingredients
200 g minced beef,
200 g minced pork,
100 g of type 00 flour,
1 onion,
1 teaspoon sweet paprika,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
The cevapcici, in spite of the Croatian name, are minced meatballs coming from Turkey, through the Balkans, up to the Triestine coasts, where today they are widespread, especially for the summer grills. They are accompanied by skewers (rasnici) or ajvar sauce, which is obtained by blending two peppers, a clove of garlic, a small aubergine, herbs and spices and with a drizzle of seed oil.
