Pork chops with milk

Introduction
The chop is nothing more than a thick slice of pork loin. The two basic elements, pork and milk, are almost a synthesis of the culinary tradition of Friuli. Try also the stewed chops with marjoram and juniper berries or those smeared with mustard and cooked with sage and bay leaf.
