Ingredients
1 pork fillet weighing approximately 800 g,
100 g of type 00 flour,
8 slices of rolled bacon,
8 leaves of sage,
salt,
pepper,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
150 g pizza dough,
1 egg,
1 potato,
1 glass of white wine.
Introduction
The crust cooking allows you to achieve a true concentration of flavors.
