Baked cauliflower elephant ears

Ingredients

1 Small cauliflower,
2 Soup spoons of: Tergeste Oil,

  • Recommended bonus spices:

Turmeric or Curry or Paprika,
Gum or fine salt qmq (as little as possible),

  • For bonus recipe:

2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs,
1 Egg,
20 g old Montasio cheese.

Introduction

How can we best use cauliflower? Either in small portions raw to combine with salad (it makes the salad more crunchy and we can take advantage of its higher vitamin C content) or boiled and then baked au gratin with an aged cheese to make it a one-pot dish rich in available minerals. This recipe, on the other hand, is very suitable for children.
