The treasure of every land is the history of its products
Broccoli cabbage has a biennial-cycle and belongs to the Brassicaceae family; the edible part consists of the youngest leaves and the apical shoot, which are consumed after boiling. The colour of the leaves fades from light green to more intense green, in relation to the varietal differentiation; its shape varies from obovate to elongated, with toothed or slightly crenate margin. The plant, at the time of collection, reaches a height of about 70-80cm.
