Cauliflower au gratin

Ingredients
1 medium-sized cabbage,
50 g of butter,
Grated Parmesan cheese,
cream.
Introduction
Autumn and winter are the seasons of cauliflower, very healthy and tasty vegetables, to be consumed in abundance. To avoid being conditioned by the unpleasant smell that the cabbages emit during cooking, simply add in water a tablespoon of flour diluted in lemon juice or two tablespoons of vinegar.
