Fennel in pan

Ingredients
1 kg of fennel,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 chilli pepper,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Light vegetable, diuretic, with low calorie intake, fennel is an ideal side dish for those on a diet. It can be eaten raw or cooked. The fennel leaves form a compact mass at the base; the seeds are rich in dill that is used in the preparation of many liqueurs, from sambuca to anisette.
