Green tomatoes in oil with chilli

Ingredients
Ingredients to pack a 250 ml jar:
500 g green salad tomatoes,
½ litre of white vinegar,
1 teaspoon of oregano,
1 teaspoon chopped parsley,
3 cloves of garlic,
salt,
½ liter of extra virgin olive oil.
Introduction
The tomato storage system combines vinegar and oil to ensure that the food is purified and sterilized perfectly and can therefore be stored without the risk of formation of toxins harmful to the body. As with all preparations of this kind, it is however essential the preliminary cleaning of the product.
