Rosa and mimosa

Ingredients
300 g Rosa dell'Isonzo®,
200 g of Radicchio Canarino,
200 g of scarola heart,
100 g of field salads,
100 g of parsley,
80 g of arugula,
20 g anchovies,
20 g of capers in vinegar;
10 g of vinegar,
8 eggs,
salt.
Introduction
An interesting side dish both for the combinations of ingredients, but also for its delicate flavor. Anchovies, a local product of high quality is combined with two precious radishes, such as the Rosa dell'Isonzo® and the Canarino. The egg composed as if it were a mimosa makes the dish tasty and beautiful to see.
