Stewed cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cauliflower of medium size,
1 onion,
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
½ glass of hot water,
salt.
Introduction
Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable that lends itself to numerous preparations (when you buy it check that the leaves are well adhered). Try the raw cabbage salad (use only the bunches) seasoned with mustard vinaigrette. To make them more delicious, just cover them with chopped hard-boiled eggs and a little melted butter.
