Marinated anchovies

Ingredients
½ kg Fresh anchovies or "Sardoni barcolani"
3-4 Lemons (depending on size)
2 Bay leaves
Sunflower seed oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper in grains
Garlic
Salt.
Introduction
The Anchovies or Sardoni barcolani are an excellent appetizer, but very laborious in the preparation. When marinating with lemon or vinegar, it is recommended to break down the fish or freeze it for 24 hours at -20°C in order to eliminate Anisakis, a genus of parasitic nematode worm, which can infect humans by climbing up the food chain.
