Rolata of Karst

Ingredients
4 eggs,
80 g of sugar,
60 g of flour,
40 g of chopped almonds,
apricot jam,
powdered sugar.
Introduction
The "rolate" are, together with the "zavate", the typical karst cake. They are an easy and always new cake: you use as a base the dough of the sponge cake and then you indulge with the filling: chocolate, chestnuts, cherries. Sponge cake is easy to run, but, for starters, you can use the ready-made one.
