Gradese fish soup (Boreto ala graisana)

Ingredients
1 kg fresh valley fish (can be any type of fish);
2 cloves of garlic;
1/2 glass of white vinegar;
Seed oil as required;
Salt to taste;
Ground (not fine) black pepper in abundance.
Introduction
This is the recipe of the inhabitants of the casoni of Grado. To make 'Boreto ala graisana', you do not follow a precise written recipe, the recipe is handed down by mothers and grandmothers and you learn by watching. For this reason the quantities of ingredients from gradese to gradese change but never change the ingredients.
