Ravioli with seafood in tomato and thyme sauce

Ingredients
For the pasta:
200 gr. of "0" flour;
2 eggs;
salt enough.
For the filling of:
1 kg. of local mussels (Pedoci de Trieste);
1 tablespoon of capers in salt;
1 pinch of parsley;
1 pinch of pepper.
For the sauce:
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
2 anchovies;
1 clove of garlic;
3 sprigs of thyme (or thyme powder);
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
Introduction
A tasty first that encloses all the flavor of the Gulf of Trieste. For mussels, must be used strictly "I Pedoci de Trieste", are small and tasty.
