Fried artichokes

Ingredients
8 artichokes,
2 eggs,
20 g of flour,
½ glass of beer,
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
1 sprig of parsley,
1 lemon,
salt,
pepper.
Introduction
Plant of the Composite family, artichoke is typical of the Mediterranean area. From the cylindrical rhizome departs an erect stem that reaches even the metre and a half of height. It was already known by the Egyptians and also appreciated by the Romans, as witnessed by both Columella and Pliny. Cultivation in Italy took place in Italy from the 15th century.
