Pumpkin mustard

Ingredients
1 kg of pumpkin,
2 glasses of dry white wine,
100 g of acacia honey,
1 teaspoon of mustard,
salt,
peppercorn.
Introduction
Mostarda (from the Latin mustum ardens to underline its spiciness) is, as we know, a candied fruit jam flavored with mustard: nothing to do with the specialties of our region. But the culinary experimentation has created with the firm pulp of the native pumpkin an ideal recipe as an accompaniment to boiled meats and cheeses.
