Trilogy of desserts
For the cappuccino coffee:
200 g of cream,
4 small coffees,
10 g of gelatine,
100 g whole milk,
1 tablespoon of honey.
For the mousse:
100 g of apricot pulp,
100 g of dark chocolate,
200 g of whipped cream.
For the fruit cocktail:
mixed fruits (apples, pears, oranges, kiwis, red fruits)
sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
An apparently complex trilogy to realize, but full of creative ideas, that can be experienced even one at a time. At the base, there is always chocolate, a food with high energy value, precious in the nutrition of children, adolescents, convalescents, athletes, but above all true "king" of sweet preparations.
