Description

Pork ham in which the salting process is decisive, carefully evaluated piece by piece and processed in four steps alternated with rest periods.

The wise and balanced human management of two ingredients, salt, and time, linked to the microclimatic conditions of the Carnic mountains and the light smoking process, release delicate perfumes and aromas.

It is also called sweet and smoked Carnia ham or smoked Sauris ham.
