2 artichokes,

100 g frozen beans,
1 leg of San Daniele ham,
150 g frozen spinach,
50 g bacon in one slice,
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,
100 g flaked aged cheese,
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
