8 ribs of pork,
1 cup of milk,
40 g of butter,
20 g of 00-type flour,
salt.
Introduction
In the notes of co. Ribatta (1773), quoted in the volume Mangiare e ber friulano, there is an interesting list of "porcine stuff": salami of garlic, large musetti, musetti in morelli de luganeghe, luganeghe de polmone p.tola, luganeghe de servitù, soppressa with garlic, soppressa de sotto gola, presutti, buffola de grasso, buttino, salami de lingua.
