Description

Strucchi are derived from the filling of the Gubana. They have a quadrangular form and are made of shortcrust pastry, filled with white walnuts, pine nuts, vanilla, sugar, grappa or other liqueurs, and then fried in hot oil and sprinkled with sugar.
