Pink Sacile radicchio

Radicchio with the shape of a rose, ranging in colour from fuchsia to ruby red. It comes loose in small tufts, with sizes ranging from 4 to 7 centimetres. Its main characteristic is the sweetness, with a slightly bitter aftertaste and a fragrant crunchiness.
