Carsolina lukewarm salad

Ingredients
150 g winter red radicchio,
150 g valerianella (matavilz or ardielut),
150 g beans (frozen or canned),
1 egg,
50 g sliced bacon,
10 g of butter,
1 glass of apple vinegar,
salt.
Introduction
It is part of the culinary tradition of many European agricultural civilizations the habit of enriching the simple boiled vegetables with tasty pork, hot and crispy, such as to slightly sear the vegetables that acquire a special consistency: this is the case of the "cicciole" on the radicchio, and this tasty and easy lukewarm salad.
