Ingredients
12 scallops,
1 clove of garlic,
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
1 lemon,
some leaves of basil,
1 pinch of salt,
1 pinch of white pepper.
Introduction
The spectacular scallop, also called fan or shell of the pilgrim, is a bivalve mollusc, widespread in our seas. It can reach even an extension of fifteen centimeters. Its tasty meats are eaten both fresh and cooked (baked in the oven or golden in oil).
